A Money Making Niche
People that are successful niche marketers are experts at conducting quality market research and understanding areas that are not oversaturated… If you are sharp you can stand to make a lot of money in the niche market arena, but you must do your due diligence and make sure that you can hold a serious competitive advantage when it comes to your product or service. Someone I know decided to become an expert regarding homes sale Washington. You better believe, this person did their homework before jumping into the shark pool with the competition… A good way to start is to search the yellow pages and google for competitiors.
Last weekend I got together with a girl I am close with and it felt like she was not really paying attention to much at all… I asked her what was wrong and she proceeded to give me this long drawn out story of a big project coming up at work and the fact that there aren’t enough people working on it due to recent layoffs. She was really bummed and said that she thought it might be the end of the company soon. Unfortunately, I find it hard to relate because I’ve been working in the how to make money online niche for quite some time now and I’m not afraid of loosing my job due to the fact that I’m self employed… Honestly, after knowing what I know now, I would never want to trade shoes with her.
There are almost a million ways to pay the bills but the ones that rich people like to do most often seem to revolve around passive and residual income. Niche marketing on the internet is extremely centered on gaining passive revenue streams… I know a seattle wa photographer that has done very well positioning himself in a niche and building a portfolio of stock images that generate him a very nice income stream.
The point is that niche marketing is extremely important when trying to sell a product or service. Focusing on a single effort makes a lot more sense then trying to push a broad range of unrelated topics… Why work twice as hard to be half as successful? It doesn’t matter if you’re a seattle photographer, a seattle real estate agent or an ambitious salesperson trying to make money online, with determination and effort you will reach the top of your niche!

Another New eBiz Pronounces The Death of the Business Card
They’re saying the old fashioned business card exchange hasn’t kept up with the times.
In this age of cell phones, ipods, smart phones and social networking, it should to be easier to connect with someone electronically. That thought inspired rmbrME.
This new service automates the exchange of contact information between two people. Palm Treo users once “beamed” each other their contact information through infrared connections; now rmbeME uses text messages.
rmbrME lets you send out a bzCard, which includes a standard vCard data (phone number, address etc.) plus social networking links such as direct links to your Facebook or Linkedin pages. It works from most phones, including smart phones, and on any cell phone carrier.
I’m just not sure people want to get rid of their business cards completely. Sure we can benefit by having more ways to keep important contact information. But a well designed business card can do so very much more than just store contact information…
For instance, an effective business card design can help your prospects and clients understand what product or service you provide. It can encourage them to want to keep it handy. It can help brand your company. It can help them make the decision to use your company.
So far none of these e-business card services can do any of these things.
Even when the technology can do these things, there is still a difference in actually touching and getting a feeling from a business card as opposed to looking at digital bits. We are sensory based creatures. So I don’t think we’re going to see the end of the business card for quite some time yet..
