The New DSi Shows Its True Colours
Every so often a new console comes out on the market and this year it’s been no different. The great Nintendo have always developed very successful games consoles with their massive successes with the outrageous Wii and the Nintendo DS and now the DSi.
When their latest improvement to the DS and DS Lite appeared on the market it was well received. This latest upgrade to the DS and DS Lite is fully loaded with nifty features. Including the twin camera the user can take pictures of himself and a friend and this along with software that can distort and manipulate the images provides a very quirky set of extra new fun features.
And when the DSi was launched it was provided in 2 colours, White and Matt Black. These classy looking colours made the DSi look a lot more expensive but Nintendo had more colours in the pipeline shortly after launch. Not content with 2 colour options they have now released another 3 colours. The one that is more of a pastel shade is the www.cheapdsiconsoles.co.uk/nintendo-dsi-light-blue.php and both male and female players will like it.
That leaves 2 colours which I dislike but they will still be big sellers. The second blue colour available is the Nintendo DSi Metallic Blue and is a slightly strange blue to sell.
The last new colour in the DSi range is the Nintendo DSi Red which is a little short of being blood red.
Not sure how or why these colours were chosen but by all accounts detailed research showed they were most popular from a whole range of possible colours. Although this is likely to have been initially fuelled by feedback from Japan where the DSi was first seen.
The 3 new colours might just a new beginning from console providers. With designs in the past they have just stuck with a few colour options but as we strive to get more personalised with our own personal favourite colour it seems the console makers are finally taking notice.
