Easy Rock Chip Repair in Orange County
I work in an auto body repair shop, and we specialize in custom paint jobs for high-end vehicles, such as BMWs, Lexus, Porsche, and Mercedes. I am ashamed to admit that our prices are absolutely off-the-wall, even though I know that other Orange County paint chip repair specialists charge a ton more than we do. I’m sure you would like to know why I think our prices are so outrageous if we really are the cheapest in Orange County. The truth is that there are better, more inexpensive products available, and as a result, our car paint repair services’ prices are bogus. Car Paint Repair
I suppose that now it is time for me to let you in on the secret. I’m feeling guilty. You see, I went with some friends to go rock-climbing in the desert a couple months ago. After we returned home, my friend Jack noticed damage to my Land Cruiser’s paint job on the front end; this was just from the short trip we drove on a dirt road. I was ticked off and irritated. Unfortunately, I knew that the shop’s calendar was completely booked up and I wouldn’t be able to bring the SUV in for a quick repair job anytime that week. Only pristine employee cars can be parked in the repair shop’s lot; the owners believe that a pristine vehicle is good advertising for the shop. If our car isn’t perfect looking, we are forced to use the parking lot at the grocery store next door; a long hike to and from work.
The automotive paint repair shop uses a commercial paint repair kit system produced by Dr ColorChip Paint Chip Repair. The kit was purchased by the shop’s owners from http://www.carpaintchiprepair.com/car_owners.html . We have had nothing but rave reviews for our work as a result of the commercial kits; I wondered if I could purchase a kit for an individual.
I was jumping off the walls when I found out that Car Paint Chip Repair does sell individual kits, also. I’m familiar with their “fix-it” process, and it’s easy, even for someone without any experience. I was even more thrilled because the product’s results are incredible; you won’t find another product at a competitive price that will ensure that kind of work.
My SUV’s road rash was quickly fixed over the weekend, and by Monday morning I was able to regain my parking space in the car paint repair shop’s parking lot. Throughout the day, I constantly checked to see if the touch-up job on my Land Cruiser was visible; I still worried that the individual kit wasn’t of the quality as that of our commercial kits. I had nothing to worry about; the Land Cruiser’s paint remained perfect. Paint Chip Repair in Orange County

Orange County Car Paint Scratch Repair : The Inexpensive Way
Last weekend, my husband went out of town for a conference in Denver. Before he left, he told me that my girlfriends and I could use his Lexus for our Saturday night “girl’s night out”. I was excited. I looked forward to a great night with my girlfriends along with the opportunity to show off in his pretty car. Orange County Paint Touch Up
However, on the Sunday morning following “girl’s night out” I woke with an enormous headache. I knew Lacy had driven us all home safely – she was the Friday night designated driver. However, I did remember taking a funny route home and feeling as though we were lost.
I got dressed, and was ready to go to the gym. I walked out our front door, ready to go, when I freaked. The Lexus tail was missing several pea-sized paint chips. That car is my husband’s baby and he takes care of it meticulously; I knew that as a result of our Saturday night adventure I would never be able to borrow the car again.
I rushed inside, tore open the phonebook, and looked for automotive paint repair shops in Orange County. As I read through the list of names, I realized something. I slammed the phone book shut, and turned on the computer.
You see, I remembered that my friend Christine had a similar experience several years ago, when she completely ruined the paint job on her convertible. Several days after her convertible incident, she phoned me and, in a rush, excitedly told me about a product she had found on a website online. The auto paint repair kit had fixed her convertible’s road rash, and she was thrilled. Christine had been quoted car paint repair prices that ranged from several hundred dollars up to nearly 2 grand; she knew she had saved herself a pretty penny.
I decided to take her advice. I had put the website http://www.carpaintchiprepair.com/competitors.html in my favorites. I’m not sure why I had saved it, but am I happy I did!
The website described the Dr ColorChip Paint Chip Repair system, a recommended product by the Wall Street Journal. After carefully considering my other options ( I didn’t have any), I purchased the individual kit.
When my husband came home, he had no clue anything was wrong – I even used the Lexus to pick him up from the airport! I gave him the chance to unpack and get settled in before I told him what had happened to the Lexus. He ran outside, took a look at the Lexus tail, and then gave me a huge hug. Car Paint Repair

Purchase an Inexpensive Vehicle at a Repossessed Car Auction
Going to a car dealer to pick out the vehicle that you want may not be the best option for you, so searching for a repossessed auction car or a few of them may be a great alternative for you. It’s not difficult to find places that sell repossessed vehicles. In this article I take a look at some of the best places to search for affordable automobiles, and I’ll also mention some of the ‘rules’ you will want to follow when you purchase a repossessed car.
I Made A Bargain At a Repo Car Auction – Celebrity bloopers here
The main reason why people want to buy repossessed auction cars is the price. At a car auction you may end up paying about 10 percent of what you would pay if you were going to a new or used car dealership. The cars are so inexpensive because the banks that finance the cars don’t want to spend the thousands of dollars that it will cost to keep the vehicles in storage.
While you’ll in most cases save a considerable amount of money for a repossessed auction car, you should also be aware that some of the money that you save may have to be used for repairing the car or to purchase an extensive warranty that will protect from having to pay a large amount for additional damage and repairs. When you are searching for repossessed cars, you should have a set amount upfront that you’re willing to spend before you actually get to the auction. A great way do this is by searching through a few auction sites online so that you’ll get an idea of what you should bid for the make and model that you want.
You should also be aware that most of the prices you see online, as well as the prices that people will be bidding for when you get to the actual auction site, will not be as high as what you will pay if you get the winning bid.
When you buy repossessed vehicles from car auctions, a buyer’s premium will be attached to the price in order to cover the administration costs of the auction. This fee is in most cases around five or ten percent of the overall cost of the vehicle so don’t put all your efforts trying to ‘win’ the car before you have taken all the costs into your calculation.
Gather all the information you can about the warranty for the repossessed auction car before you bid on it. At Companies like Warranty Direct, you can purchase all the coverage you need to protect your auction car against unexpected costs. Also remember to find out all you can about the car’s title before taking it home. It’s necessary to get the original title from the owner before you leave the auction site. It’s also smart to Logging on to go to autocheck.com to get a detailed history of the vehicle before you register it in your name is also a smart thing to do.
