Five – vitamins can be a big help, particularly if you don’t eat right. Try some of the varieties at your health food store. Don’t over do supplements, they can damage your kidneys. Ask your doctor if any of them may interfere with any prescriptions. The best bone-building supplements have Vitamin D, Calcium, Vitamin K and Magnesium.
